Yes. We are very proud to have a full manufacturing facility employing around 70 staff based in North Wales, about an hour drive from Manchester or Liverpool. Please call to arrange a visit, we are happy to show customers around our facility.

Yes, prior to production we provide a sample for approval for every order. We may request you pay for these samples and refund these costs against your order.

Yes. We will support your enquiry with any information you have available from a simple sketch to engineered drawings or CAD.

Yes, provided the product is your design and does not infringe any copyright or design intellectual property right’s.

3-16 weeks – This varies depending on the individual product, quantity and location of manufacture. Prior to placing your order you will be given an indicative lead time, on receipt of your order you will be provided with an order acknowledgement stating your specific delivery date. Riva deliver over 99% of orders on or before agreed dates.

Riva are uniquely positioned to support your growing business, from SME to global enterprise, every step of the way. The following are the initial points to be considered when deciding which option is best suited to you:

Lead time:  on average, UK can be 3-8 weeks versus Far East can be 6-16 weeks.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):  Far East MOQ’s will be higher than the UK, by how much is product dependant.

Price: There are several fixed costs that mean Far East prices are lower than our UK manufacture options.

Each option comes with the same guarantee of product quality as our materials are sourced from the same global supply chain, the method of manufacture is mirrored on each site and all controlled to the same stringent quality checks. Please contact us to discuss which option is right for you.

Yes, this is a service we currently provide for customers operating from multiple global locations.

Riva is not an apparel manufacturer however we do produce Tabard’s, holsters and vests, plus various military and emergency service belts and wearable equipment. We are ISO 9001:2015 accredited and manufacture to industry and customer specific standards. We have strategic quality control points throughout our manufacturing process.

Every product we make is supplied with the Riva 100% guarantee the product is fit for purpose and free from material and workmanship defects. Every product comes supplied with an internal unique barcode, this is used to identify date of manufacture and full traceability.
