Digital Fabric Printing Machine
Digital textile printing began initially as a valuable tool for sampling purposes, but due to the evolution of digital fabric printing technology over the past couple of decades, digital is now a competitive alternative to more traditional methods and has been for several years now.
Traditional screen printing can run at pace and digitally printed fabric may not be produced at quite the same speed, but it’s fast enough for the majority of textile printing requirements and can be a viable option in an increasing number of cases.
Traditional manual and semi-automated screen printing
Screen printing is the process of transferring a stencilled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. The basic method involves creating a stencil on a fine mesh screen, and then pushing ink through to create an imprint of your design on the surface beneath.
Designs made using the screen printing technique may use just one shade of ink, or several. In the case of multicoloured items, the colours must be applied in individual layers, using separate stencils for each ink.
Multi Head Embroidery Machine
Embroidery offers a premium quality appeal to any logo. In order to apply the image to the fabric, images are required to be digitised and then this file is imported into the software. Once the correct colours have been threaded and the placement has been selected the fabric can be loaded and embroidered onto the surface of the fabric.
Semi-automated pneumatic heat transfer press
Heat transfer printing (also known as digital transfer) your logo or design is printed onto a transfer substrate and then it is thermally transferred from the substrate to your fabric using heat and pressure.
