Product Inspection is a key element of quality control and enables us to verify product quality at different stages of the production process and prior to its dispatch. Riva UK inspectors check your product against your chosen specifications to meet a range of requirements including passing international standards of your destination market. With the use of the relevant inspection checklists tailored to your needs, your quality control process can be standardized, and key quality concerns communicated to all parties involved in the inspection.

Our inspections’ comprehensive test criteria cover product function, performance, overall appearance, and dimensions. Inspections are conducted at multiple stages of the manufacturing process utilising approved tools and internationally recognised standards:
We use the internationally recognized statistical sampling procedures, ensuring that the inspected products are a representative sample. To determine the sample size and acceptance threshold, we use the international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard.
RIVA UK's Quality Inspectors receive regular training and work closely with our Production and Design team, so that everyone works together to prevent any rejects or deviation to standard. We discuss and agree critical to quality points during the design process that aids the development of the agreed quality levels at an early stage of the product development. We will request what market the product is to be used in to ensure it meets the relevant industrial accreditations/specification.
